The acalog ACMS™ is a totally outsourced solution. Your license to the product includes a support and hosting component that ensures your online catalog will always be available. You, your team, and your content reviewers will always be able to access your Publisher catalog management system using a simple Web browser, anytime and anywhere.

Standard support includes instant upgrades to the latest version of the acalog ACMS™. The current version is 6.0 (Iris).

Technical Support

Your hosting and support contract also includes technical support, and support enhancement options. Please refer to your contract, or your Service Ready Checklist for more information.
