Chief Executive Officer
Richard Becker is an accomplished business leader and SaaS executive with over 20 years of experience building analytic, payment, and software businesses. As CEO of DIGARC, Richard leads DIGARC’s overall business operations and growth strategy, delivering against DIGARC’s mission of enabling educator, student, and administrator engagement, student success, and curriculum management. Prior to joining DIGARC, Richard held various senior level roles at Stack Sports, Blackbaud, and Equifax.
Chief Technology Officer
Ben Battle is a technology leader accomplished in delivering award-winning products and growing software businesses for more than 35 years. Ben’s diverse background developing SaaS-based ed-tech, eCommerce, and enterprise solutions gives him a strong perspective on the challenges in higher ed. Ben has held executive technology and product development roles with public, venture- and private-equity backed businesses for more than 20 years, including Achieve3000, ECi Software Solutions, and Quest Software.
Chief Financial Officer
Roger Maloch has served as CFO for technology companies ranging in size from start-up to $1.5 billion in revenue for nearly 30 years. He has led more than 15 acquisitions totaling almost $1 billion in revenue and successfully sold four software companies, including venture- and private-equity funded software companies. Prior to DIGARC, Roger served as CFO for Fidelity Information Services and Aderant Holdings.
Vice President | Client Success
JoAnne Ravielli has worked in the technology industry for nearly 40 years, supporting the service-side of cloud applications since 1991. As VP of Client Success, JoAnne applies her expertise and ed-tech experience to developing winning, customer-centric strategies and operational execution to ensure every interaction exceeds our client’s expectations. Prior to joining DIGARC, JoAnne held customer success leadership roles at Dell, Blackboard Transact, InfusionSoft, Quest, and Open Text.
Vice President | Sales
Keith Renneker has 25 years of experience in commercial and higher education sales leadership. In his role with DIGARC, he helps institutions find software solutions that address their productivity challenges and enable students to succeed. He’s experienced in new business development, account management, and professional services for multi-product portfolios. Prior to joining DIGARC, Keith served in sales leadership roles with Hobsons and a divested business unit to Campus Management.
